On May 24, the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Henan Provincial Department of Finance jointly issued the "Notice from the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Henan Provincial Department of Finance on Announcing the List of First (Set) Major Technical Equipment Products Identified in Henan Province for the First Batch of 2018" (Document No. Yu Gong Xin Lian Zhuang [2018] No. 99). The automated zinc-peeling complete equipment developed by the Metallurgical Machinery Company successfully passed the certification, making it the first enterprise in Jiyuan City to achieve recognition as a unit qualified for the province's first (set) major technical equipment initiative. The company's leadership provided strong support throughout the application process for the provincial first (set) major technical equipment program. During the application phase, the team meticulously prepared and refined the automated zinc-peeling complete equipment.

As pollution prevention and control efforts continue to advance across various regions, environmental concerns in the interim storage and transfer stages of waste lead-acid batteries have become increasingly prominent, drawing significant attention from relevant national authorities and gradually placing them high on the government’s priority regulatory agenda.
