On May 24, the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Henan Provincial Department of Finance jointly issued the "Notice from the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Henan Provincial Department of Finance on Announcing the List of First (Set) Major Technical Equipment Products Identified in Henan Province for the First Batch of 2018" (Document No. Yu Gong Xin Lian Zhuang [2018] No. 99). The automated zinc-peeling complete equipment developed by the Metallurgical Machinery Company successfully passed the certification, making it the first enterprise in Jiyuan City to achieve recognition as a unit qualified for the province's first (set) major technical equipment initiative. The company's leadership provided strong support throughout the application process for the provincial first (set) major technical equipment program. The company leadership provided strong support for the application process of the province's first (set) major technical equipment project. Throughout the process, we conducted a comprehensive scientific and technological novelty search for the automated zinc-stripping complete equipment, formulated enterprise standards and underwent expert reviews, prepared the application documents for the first (set), and participated in expert panel discussions and acceptance assessments at the provincial level. Notably, since Jiyuan City had no prior experience to draw from, our team made more than ten trips to communicate with officials from Jiyuan City’s Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Equipment Industry Division of the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Additionally, we repeatedly revised and refined the relevant application materials, ultimately compiling an extensive body of written documentation. 15 Over 10,000 characters.
Recently, according to the Provincial Department of Finance Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology Notice on Implementing the Pilot Program for Insurance Compensation Mechanism for the First (Set of) Major Technological Equipment, in Accordance with the Document No. 255 [2015] issued by the Henan Bureau of Insurance Regulation , the metallurgical machinery company partnered with the Jiyuan Branch of the People's Insurance Company of China to provide free insurance coverage for the automated zinc-peeling complete equipment right from the start. By insuring the product, they aim to achieve Leveraging the leverage effect of fiscal funds to unlock the potential of insurance, reduce user risks, accelerate the promotion and application of the first-of-its-kind major technological equipment, and drive the development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
According to relevant policies of Henan Province, For complete sets of equipment, individual units, and critical components recognized by the province , provide rewards of 5% of the sales price respectively to R&D institutions and purchasing units within the province. Next, the machinery company will actively apply for supporting policy funds in accordance with relevant documents and policy requirements.
