The metallurgical series lead pumps are a new line of products independently developed by our company, tailored to both domestic market needs and our specific operational conditions.
The anode vertical-mold lead pump is the core equipment of the anode vertical-mold casting unit. It generates centrifugal force through a high-speed rotating impeller, drawing the molten lead into the pump casing and then precisely delivering it to the casting mold via the lead discharge pipeline.
Applications of high-temperature lead pumps: High-temperature lead pumps are primarily used in lead smelting, lead alloy casting, and other industries to convey molten lead and lead alloys at elevated temperatures, enabling inter‑furnace transfer, recirculating transport, and emergency drainage operations.
