The intelligent linear ingot casting unit specializes in transforming raw materials such as lead-antimony alloy melt, lead melt, and zinc melt into standard ingots. The molten metal is poured into specially designed molds via the casting machine and, after undergoing a cooling process, solidifies into standard lead-antimony alloy ingots or lead ingots, each weighing approximately 25KG (±2kg). These ingots then proceed to an automatic stacking stage, where they are efficiently and systematically arranged.
Automated Edge-Scraping Unit for Lead Ingots
The automated edge‑trimming unit for lead ingots is designed for lead casting ingot production lines, enabling automatic positioning of the ingots, removal of edge burrs and flash, and fully automated in-line one‑step forming, thereby replacing manual edge‑finishing operations.
