Currently, we offer a wide range of models, including standard lead pumps, high‑temperature lead pumps, high‑head lead pumps, and wear‑resistant lead pumps. The entire series boasts high efficiency, mature design technology, a well‑thought‑out and reliable structure, stable performance, and smooth operation.
Lead pumps in the metallurgical series are widely used in the metallurgical industry and can withstand relatively high operating temperatures. Conventional lead pumps operate within a temperature range of 450°C to 550°C, while high‑temperature lead pumps can handle temperatures up to 900°C.
The anode vertical-mold lead pump is used in the anode vertical-mold casting system for the production of large‑size anodes in the electrolysis workshop.
Purpose: Lifting and transferring molten lead.
The lead pump specifications are:
40T, 60T, 100T, 150T, 200T, 400T, 600T, 1000T, 1600T.

3. Automated Welding and Comprehensive Quality Inspection: Automated welding equipment is widely employed to ensure welds are uniform, smooth, and consistently reliable; furthermore, critical welds undergo 100% nondestructive testing to rigorously prevent defects.
4. Professional Technical Team: In the Jiyuan City Welding Skills Competition, six of the top ten finishers were employees of our company, demonstrating our solid technical expertise and talent advantage.
5. Fully in-house manufacturing: We consistently manufacture key components through our own welding processes, eliminating outsourcing, and paying particular attention to the process treatment of wear‑prone parts, thereby ensuring comprehensive control over product quality.
