Work Principles

Disc Granulator How it works: The main motor drives the pulley and belt, while the pinion gear is powered by the reducer. The small pinion gear, fixed at the bottom of the disc, meshes with a larger gear to apply force onto the material. The design of the large gear has been specially optimized for efficiency. It’s mounted on a spindle secured to the machine frame’s adjustment plate, providing stable support for the entire granulation plate during operation (this machine is used in conjunction with a spraying device). Once the material enters the granulation plate, it continuously rotates and is evenly sprayed across the surface, enabling the particles to adhere uniformly and form spherical granules. Additionally, the upper section of the machine features an automatic material-cleaning mechanism that prevents物料 from sticking to the walls, significantly extending the machine’s lifespan. Adjustments section: Disc Granulator At the heart of the system is the granulation disc, whose entire central area is housed within the installation and adjustment section. Our company specializes in using high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steel, meticulously welded together—and all products have successfully passed rigorous quality certifications, fully meeting the machine's requirements.

Transmission section: Disc Granulator The transmission system is crucial, enabling the overall operation to achieve this. Motor-driven pulleys and belts are used, along with a gearbox and pinion gear. The large gear on the granulation disc is driven by the pinion gear, enabling the disc to operate smoothly. The disc is securely mounted on the drive shaft of the adjustment plate, while the connecting portion at the column head features a tapered fit, ensuring a more rational and efficient design.
