After nearly 20 years of use and optimization at Yuguang, the system has undergone numerous major improvements in material structure and process parameters. As a result, the crushing machine, lead‑paste scraper, chute, lead‑paste separation screen, heavy‑plastic dewatering screen mesh, various screw conveyors, and other recycled‑lead equipment and spare parts have all reached or surpassed the service life of imported counterparts. The system features full enclosure and fully automated hydraulic pre‑treatment and separation, with substantial processing capacity, high production efficiency, excellent overall utilization, and strong safety and environmental performance. It can handle 30,000 to 200,000 tons of waste lead‑acid batteries annually, producing 18,000 to 110,000 tons of recycled lead and 1,500 to 13,300 tons of waste plastics each year.
